Frank Wright has gone global.
On Sunday, X CEO Elon Musk shared a clip of Wright being interviewed by Vox Populi, a British media outlet.
The Dispatch
Wright was out campaigning for Restore Britain, an upstart political party seeking to supplant Nigel Farage’s Reform UK as the preeminent voice on the right in the country. Remigration — or “mass deportations” — is what the group is primarily known for.
A quick glance at Restore Britain’s website reveals it supports other noteworthy causes, including abolishing “every trace of DEI” and banning the “kosher slaughter” of animals. Additionally, it wants to prohibit “disused churches from being turned into mosques.”
“We are an historically Christian country, guided by Christian morality,” it says.
Wright’s 13-minute long clip was shared not only by Musk — who has over 240 million followers — but by scores of others with massive audiences, including InfoWars’ Harrison Smith and geopolitical analyst Glenn Greenwald.
Influencer Joel Webbon weighed in as well. “Absolutely brilliant,” he said on X.
Webbon has been gaining traction in the influencer world over the past year. While not a Catholic, he has steadfastly championed “Christ is King” messaging in the face of Jewish Zionist pressure to “zip it,” as Michael Matt once infamously said.
Unsurprisingly, some on X have called for Wright to be drafted as an MP candidate himself. It wouldn’t be shocking to see that happen at some point. His eloquent speech and sartorial sensibilities have already make him a sort of nationalist icon.
I happen to know Frank on a personal level. We overlapped at LifeSite for a few years before my departure there last summer. His Substack — FrankWrighter.com — covers global politics, liberal political theory, Catholic social teaching, and related topics.
Frank did me the honor of appearing on my Church & State podcast earlier this year to discuss these and other topics, including the role the Conciliar Church plays in all this.
Without putting words in his mouth, I understand Frank’s message to be this: that the liberal world order established after World War II is a massive lie. Not only is it built on Enlightenment-era principles that are not only antagonistic to the Catholic faith but also self-contradictory. As such, it a fundamentally tyrannical system that can only be maintained through cultural and media propaganda in conjunction with corrupt political institutions.
Frank also argues that the liberal “regime” is striving to liquidate countries by erasing the identities of their people through a global marketplace that is governed by morally bankrupt politicians and Deep State operators use wars as a means of retaining control and who use artificial intelligence for nefarious purposes. This is an existential threat to Western Civilization and it needs to be stopped in its tracks.
Frank has since published an essay on his Substack summarizing his views for newcomers to his work. “Liberal Democracy … is a revolutionary system intended to replace our civilization with itself, and was set up by international financiers, propagandists and technocrats to do precisely that,” he has said.
